14 years ago I was laying on my chiropractic office floor...in tears, stuck in fear, playing the blame game, anchored to my past story and childhood S#!T, that I just couldn't get it together. That's when I realized, I can't do this anymore and began to do the work. I finally said I am going to shed this S#!T. I am tired of feeling like something is missing. I started to dig down deep (and I mean deep). It was hard, it was ugly, it took time, but boy was the other side beautiful!!!
It is what I like to call UNAnchoring. You get rid of all of that S#IT that is pulling you down and you break free. Once I did that it was like my relationships, my career, MY LIFE just soared. I was able to build two 'multiple six-figure' businesses in the industries of health and well being and realized my passion for helping other women shed their S#!T so they too can live their best life! That is exactly why I created this group...I knew I wasn't alone, I came across so many others who had anchors they needed to release and I now had the tools to help them do just that!
